Eating outside has never been so popular and now that the weather has warmed up, many of us will be looking for new and exciting ways to eat alfresco. SKIPPY® Double Strawberry Peanut Butter Club
If you love strawberries paired with peanut butter, these double decker sandwiches are a real treat for any picnic.
Serves 1

65g SKIPPY® Extra Smooth Peanut Butter (340g jar)
3 slices wholegrain bread
35g low-sugar strawberry jam
40g sliced strawberries


  1. Spread the SKIPPY® Peanut Butter evenly over 2 slices of bread. Top 1 slice of bread with strawberry ham; cover with another slice of bread, peanut butter-side-up.
  2. Top the peanut butter with strawberries, then the remaining slice of bread. Cut into quarters. Serve immediately or wrap up and go.

SKIPPY® Oriental Peanut Noodle and Vegetable Salad
SKIPPY® Oriental Peanut Noodle and Vegetable Salad is an easy main dish to quickly throw together or a delightful side to any alfresco meal.
Serves 4

SKIPPY® Extra Smooth Peanut Butter 340g jar
225g whole wheat linguine
129ml light sesame ginger vinaigrette
1 tablespoon orange juice
105g thin strips cucumber
425g carrots, cut into strips
35g chopped fresh coriander
35g chopped spring onions


  1. Cook the linguine according to the directions on the pack then drain. Rinse under cold running water until completely cool.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the vinaigrette, SKIPPY® Peanut Butter and orange juice; mix well. Add the remaining ingredients, toss to coat.

SKIPPY® Peanut Butter Hummus
Smooth, creamy and delicious, this peanut butter hummus will bring a taste of the Middle East to bbqs and garden parties this summer.

130g SKIPPY® Extra Smooth or Crunchy Peanut Butter (340g jar)
1 x 400g can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
60ml water
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic
Using a blender, smooth together the chickpeas, SKIPPY® peanut butter, water, lemon juice and garlic until smooth.
